Vouli Tetradakou works at the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance E.O.P.P.E.P., as a Head of the Career Guidance Tools and Services Dpt – Coordinator of Εuroguidance Center of Greece.
As a manager of National and European programs, she has managed projects related to the design and development of scientific material and training activities for career counselors, the development of career management tools, the design and implementation of experiential workshops to support the end users of guidance services, etc.
During her many years of career, she has worked as a career counselor with pupils, students, the unemployed, employed people that look for a career change as well as with vulnerable groups. Adding to the above, she has valuable experience in adulτ training, in job search techniques and entrepreneurship.
She is a graduate of the Department of Philosophy – Pedagogy and Psychology and holds a master’s degree specializing in Counseling and Professional Guidance at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
SUMMARY OF THE PRESENTATIONS
1. National Euroguidance Centre: The development of innovative career guidance tools and services for career counselors and end users. Vouli Tetradakou, Head of Career Guidance Services and Tools Development Department, Coordinator of the National Euroguidance Centre, EOPPEP.
The National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP) – National Euroguidance Centre, within the framework of its institutional role and the priorities of the Euroguidance Network, has designed, developed and implemented a series of actions and tools aimed both at enhancing the skills of career guidance counsellors to ensure the provision of high-quality guidance services, and at supporting students, higher education learners, jobseekers, and others in managing their career paths.
Through this presentation, participants will have the opportunity to be informed about the current developments in EOPPEP’s work, as well as the projects being planned for the career guidance community and for all individuals seeking their educational and professional pathways.
2. EOPPEP’s revised vocational interests’ inventory
During the training seminar, participants, through a combination of theoretical presentation and experiential learning, will be introduced to EOPPEP’s new vocational interests test and the opportunities it offers in their work with end users. The tool supports the process of self-exploration of a key factor in making educational and career decisions, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of career guidance practice.
