The actions of the National Europass Center for the dissemination of Europass tools, in the context of educational and professional mobility, with the aim of ensuring transparency of qualifications in education and the labor market.
Short Bio:
Rania Kousta is a Career Counsellor with a master’s degree in Counselling and Career Guidance. Her bachelor degrees are in Theology and Philosophy, Pedagogy and Psychology with major in Psychology. All her degrees were obtained at the University of Athens.
Since 2005, she has been working as a Career Counselor both in the public and private sector and she participated in numerous career guidance research. At a private practice, she provided counselling and career guidance sessions to pupils, students and the unemployed. For a number of years, she worked as a Career Counsellor at the National Employment Service in Greece, supporting the unemployed in job search techniques, CV writing, interview preparation and job matching in the labor market.
Today, she works in the Scientific Support to career guidance counsellors and services Dpt. of EOPPEP with main responsibilities the implementation of actions to support the work of Career Counsellors and the promotion of the National Europass Centre actions.
