1999 – Present: Administrative Officer at the Public Employment Service (DYPA, formerly OAED), with the following roles and responsibilities over the years:
a. Social Worker / Counsellor of Supportive Services for vulnerable and disadvantaged population groups.
b. Employment Counsellor for jobseekers and employers.
c. Career Guidance Counsellor conducting group counselling sessions for unemployed individuals.
d. Administrative Officer at the Department of Special and Vulnerable Social Groups & Equality, Directorate of Active Labour Market Programmes, with responsibilities including:
Design and preparation of subsidized employment and self-employment programmes.
Coordination of working groups.
Career counselling for vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.
Organization and delivery of internal training sessions for counsellors on providing services, support, and guidance to vulnerable groups (EKO).
2011 – Present: EURES Adviser: Providing counselling services to jobseekers and employers, participation in activities, events, and seminars promoting the work of the EURES Network exchange of good practices, organization and participation in job fairs, information, and awareness events for citizens.
