This presentation introduces the Euroguidance Network and outlines the activities of Main Task Group 2 focused on enhancing the skills of career guidance counsellors. It highlights the collaborative efforts of National Euroguidance Centres and emphasises how the Network supports career guidance counsellors in their work.

Short CV:
Dorianne Gravina is an Education Officer in Career Guidance with experience in policy development and international networks. She led the creation of Malta’s career education framework and contributed to national guidance strategies. She is a qualified teacher and holds a Diploma in Occupational Guidance and Career Counselling from the University of Malta and a Master of Arts in Education (Guidance Studies) from the University of Derby. She teaches career guidance at the University of Malta. As a founding member and Chairperson of the Malta Career Guidance Association, she plays a key role in shaping guidance services in Malta.
