Dimitra Dede, graduate of Business Administration from the University of Macedonia and Postgraduate of MSc in “Marketing and Communication with New Technologies” from Athens University of Economics and Business, is Head of the Communication Development & Promotion Dpt of EOPPEP and Coordinator of the Greek Refernet Team.
Since 1993 she acquired long experience in the field of VET as well as in the management and implementation of multisectoral European programs in the private and public sector. She was a member of the Planning and Training Team of the OP “Human Resources” of the Ministry of Employment (NSRF) for the 4th programming period 2007-2013 and member of the National Committees for the revision of the Lisbon Strategy.
During 2006-2008 as Head of the cabinet of the Secretary General for the Management of European Funds of the Hellenic Ministry of Employment and Social Protection, she was responsible to monitor the implementation of European Social Fund- co-financed programmes in Greece, to coordinate the respective managing authorities, to assist the negotiation and the drafting of the “HR Development” ESF Operational Programme 2007-2013. Also she provided expertise and assistance on Employment and Social Inclusion policies and she coordinated the promotional activities for the ESF perception.
She also specialized in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and participated in the promotion of entrepreneurship and CSR policies in Greece and Europe. At the same time from 1992 to 2008 she also worked as a business and communication consultant and as a journalist in the field of marketing, media and advertising in press offices, in organizations, in projects for the development and implementation of strategic communication, marketing and media plan, for change management, for business structural adjustment etc
